I'm 24 years old and i want to start to do fitness and gym but i don't know where to start.
I want to start gym because i am skinny and i want to feel better with my body.
My weight is 50kg for 170 cm today and i want to be more athletic and in a better shape.
So please help me to start fitness and gym i am ready to do everything for it and i know it means to eat better sleep better and go to gym almost every day but i am ready to do it, I just don't know how to start.
